Game Changer Promotion - Terms & Conditions

The promotional message of up to $139,000* in value when you pay up to $24,000* comprises $68,300* of upgrades and $71,000* of standard inclusions based on pricing of the “Bellaire 400” from the New Living Collection. Game Changer offers two upgrade packs based on the chosen home collection. Homestead Collection & New Living (double-storey designs): Rise-Up Pack is valued up to $45,800* when you pay $14,000*, and Next-Level Pack is valued up to $22,500* when you pay $10,000*, based on pricing of the Woodside 281. New Living Collection (single-storey designs): Rise-Up Pack is valued up to $44,900* when you pay $12,000*, and Next-Level Pack is valued up to $20,500* when you pay $8,000*, based on pricing of Lakeport 295. The Rise-Up Pack must be purchased to be eligible to upgrade to the Next-Level Pack. All items are in lieu of standard except for the reverse ducted system from the Next-Level Pack, which is in lieu of the evaporative cooling unit from the Rise-Up Pack. Some upgrade items are design specific. Phase 3 power offered in the Next-Level Pack is included for Homestead Collection home designs (subject to supply authority availability) and double-storey designs above 42 squares for New Living designs.
