To our valued customers,
We are experiencing extraordinary times due to the outbreak of COVID-19. We appreciate the current situation may create some uncertainty, specifically what this means for your projects and the stability of Sherridon Homes in the near future.
Rest assured, we have been following advice from the Australian Government to keep our people, customers and workplaces safe. These measures include increased hygiene across our business and working remotely where possible.
Financially, Sherridon Homes will withstand outside market pressures both in the short and long term. We are a subsidiary of one of Victoria’s largest home builders, AHB Corporate Group of Companies, who operate many businesses across many markets with an annual revenue in excess of $250 Million. The AHB Group has been in business for over 15 years and includes home building companies AHB Australia, Sherridon Homes and Marque Property Group along with land development holdings and architectural services.
What this means for your new home?
Our workforce remains operational with a number of new precautions in place to protect our staff and customers. Our building sites continue operating as usual, and we have confidence from out supply lines that they are secure now and into the future.
At this stage, with the current directives handed down by the Australian Government, we are not forecasting any significant delays to our projects pre-site and on-site and with no change to the high-quality construction outcomes ingrained in the Sherridon Homes Ethos.

Our display centres remain open by appointment, and our sales team are always here to help.
If you’re more comfortable talking to us remotely, we can share virtual tours, plans and images and talk you through our process over the phone and on email. We also offer the opportunity to privately view our homes by appointment.
As is the case during these trying times, we only ask that if you are unwell or self-isolating please consider the health and well being of the rest of the community. Technology is available to help us engage with you without face-to-face contact.
In closing, please look after yourselves and your families and abide by the policies given to us through the Australian Government and the Chief Medical Officer. The human race is a resilient one and we will survive this outbreak as a community.
