Building a new home is one of the largest investments you will make, and we understand that. Relax in the security of our price lock contracts knowing your price is fixed for 18 months of your chosen home design, façade, upgrades and inclusions, floorplan variations and any promotion discounts at the time of your initial deposit.
In addition, you can rest assured knowing you are getting our very best price with our lowest price guarantee. If our home prices come down for any reason up until the time you permits are issued, we will automatically apply the new lower price to your contract. Overall, the macro building environment is becoming more stable and predictable than recent years, but it is our promise of open communication with you in the event of any changes.
Where variations arise from customer changes, site costs, regulatory or other unforeseeable changes it is our promise to keep you informed and involved every step of the way.

Lifetime Structural Warranty
We understand that quality is non-negotiable when it comes to your dream home. All Sherridon homes come with a lifetime structural warranty for your life in the home. An inspection is conducted at 3 months to pick up any general maintenance items, while we also offer a full 12 month maintenance cycle for customer maintenance submissions allowing your home to settle in across all four seasons.
We offer these industry leading warranties so our customers have peace of mind and can do so because we are confident of the quality that goes into every Sherridon home. During the build your home goes through 2 independent building inspections to support our teams maintain the highest standards, and these reports are made readily available to our customers upon request. We also conduct an additional drain camera inspection pre handover. This is crucial as one of the most common reasons for structural damage is slab heave due to water leaks.
On site your site manager will be your primary point of contact however if you have concerns for any reason you can reach out to your dedicated customer experience coordinator as an independent escalation point.
